Just four easy steps to receive the document you need:

STEP 1: Ordering: Make sure you have checked your model number on your equipment first.  Then find the item you need in our schematic/manuals listings pages and click on it's BUY  button to order. 

Different BUY NOW button colors determine the processing time for you to receive your documents.

Green Button items are online now and ready for download now (same day, usually within the hour).

Offline Button items require several days to several weeks processing time depending on our workload.  Update for June12th 2008: We are not accepting any new offline orders until we get caught up with all existing offline orders. This is temporary.  Green button items can still be ordered as usual.

Yellow Button items have not yet been priced and/or cannot be ordered at this time.

STEP 2: Payment: You can use credit card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or your PayPal account.
If you want to pay by check, you may also use the eCheck option, however just like a real check, they take 3-4 days to clear and require you to have a PayPal account.
We also accept INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS, U.S. Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euros, Australian Dollars, Pounds Sterling, and Yen, through PayPal's online payment service which will do the foreign currency conversions automatically for you.  A PayPal account is not needed, however if you want to open an account, (highly recommended) just follow their prompts and save your information when asked. PayPal personal accounts are free and the nice thing about PayPal is that you can then make payments over the Internet without giving out your credit card info to anybody! We highly recommend doing this.  PayPal is a trusted financial source, owned and operated by eBay, and has been in business for many years.

STEP 3: Download it: Electronic shipping is fast and free via download.
After purchase, wait for our special email with download instructions for you to retrieve your document from our server. Then just click on the provided hotlink and your document will automatically open up right in your browser as a PDF.  You can also save them to your hard drive..

STEP 4: Print it: Your documents should be printed right away on your own printer. Through our own special scanning process, all our original factory documents will print great and look just as good as the originals.  Your document will arrive in industry standard PDF format for a 8.5"x11" paper size and ready for printing on your own printer. 

Free Technical Service Hotline: We maintain a free technical service hotline for our customers to call if you need help.  Many consider this service to be very valuable and well worth the schematic price itself. (see the TechHotline page)

IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT YOUR PURCHASE! 
Since items cannot be returned or refunded because they are downloaded, please make sure you know your correct model number before ordering.  Sometimes there is a big difference in model number 400A vs. 400B or 400MarkII schematics for example. 

EMAIL ADDRESS:  If you have emailed us and received no email response back from us, most likely your email is bouncing and not going through.  Please phone customer service rather than sending more emails. Since our documents are sent electronically via email notice, you must have a working email! If you used a fake/phony email to avoid spam, or if you accidentally misspelled your email when purchasing, you will not get a receipt from PayPal or your documents! We suggest you log back into your PayPal account and update your email profile if that was the case, and then contact us to let us know.

SPAM FILTERS:  If you didn't get our special download email, check your spam folder, sometimes it gets stuck in there. Also if possible, configure your spam filter to accept email from the domain: musicparts.com
