STEP 1: Ordering:  Double check your exact & correct model number.  Browse our Schematics & Manuals section here.

Green Buttons Item is online now. Find the item you need and click it's BUY NOW button to order. 

Offline Buttons Item needs to be processed from original paper form which requires turnaround time.  Please note that we sometimes get very behind in processing these offline orders and to make it fair, it is first come first served. Email customer service and request the item you need.

Yellow Button Items cannot be ordered at this time.


We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or eCheck.
If you want to pay by personal check you can use Paypal's eCheck option however just like a real check, it takes 3-4 days to clear and does require you to have a PayPal account.
Paypal accepts INTERNATIONAL CURRENCY - U.S. Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euros, Australian Dollars, Pounds Sterling, and Yen.  They will do all the foreign currency conversions automatically for you at checkout.  If you would like to open a PayPal account (highly recommended) just follow their prompts and save your information. Personal accounts are free.

STEP 3: Download it: Shipping is free via electronic PDF download.
After purchase, wait for our special email with download instructions for you.  Usually it is sent right away, however please be patient as sometime it be delayed up to an hour or so.  You just click on this hotlink and your document will automatically open up as a PDF.  You may also save this PDF file to your hard drive for future reference.

STEP 4: Print it: You should print your document right away on your own printer. All our original factory documents will look just as good (or better) as the originals.  We use industry standard PDF files formatted for  8.5"x11" paper size and ready for printing on your own printer. Sometimes larger pages will need to be taped together.

Since items cannot be returned or refunded because they are downloaded, please make sure you know your correct model number before ordering.  Sometimes there is a big difference in model number 400A vs. 400B or 400SeriesII schematics for example. 

EMAIL ADDRESS:  If you have emailed us and received no email response back from us, most likely your email is bouncing and not going through.  Please phone customer service rather than sending more useless emails. Since our documents are sent electronically via email notice, you must have a working email. If you used a fake/phony email to avoid spam, or if you accidentally misspelled your email when purchasing, you will not get a receipt from PayPal or your documents. We suggest you log back into your PayPal account and update your email profile if that was the case, and then contact us to let us know.

SPAM FILTERS:   If you didn't get our special download email, check your spam/junk folder, sometimes it gets stuck in there.
